Variation in color, figure and other natural characteristics including but not limited to thickness, translucency, texture, grain pattern, wood knots, amount of grain and color, including within the same specie, can occur. Photos shown online, in brochures, and physical samples that you receive are a representative of the species.

Yes, since the wood is 100% natural it is biodegradable. No type of chemicals are used in the process of production and will not harm the environment during the decomposition process.
Yes, but we suggest a ball point pen. Some pens and markers with a wet ink tend to bleed in the grain of the wood.
You can transmit artwork to us in a number of ways:

• Use a file transfer service like yousendit.com or wetransfer.com
• Send it using a DropBox or Google Drive shared folder
We prefer to receive artwork as an EPS, JPG, AI, PSD or PDF file, with minimum 300 dpi and with a description for the set-up.
Bleed is a term that is used to describe a document which has graphics that touch the edge(s) of the card. The artwork is engraved on a larger sheet and then trimmed down to size. And this is the reason too, that it costs more.
